胫骨平台骨折术后并发症的分析及对策

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the causes of complications after fracture of tibial plateau and the related treatment measures. Methods:32 patients who had complications after fracture of tibial plateau were selected from December 2008 to April 2014.We retrospectivly analyzed their clinical data.Results:Among the 32 cases,3 cases occurred early complications,accounting for 9.37%.7 cases occurred late complications,accounting for 21.8%.Conclusion:The causes of complications after the operation are closely related with insufficiency preparatory work before clinical fractures of the tibial plateau,unskilled in clinical operation and improper internal fixation,therefore,we should take corresponding measures to prevente complication.关键词
