摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of nasal continuous positive airway pressure ventilation in treatment of neonatal pneumonia. Methods:The observation group were treated with nasal continuous positive airway pressure(NCPAP),and the control group used a hood or nasal catheter oxygen. We recorded and compared the physiological indexes between the two groups, and evaluated the overall clinical effct. Results:After 1 hour,12 hours,24 hours of the treatment, the breathing, heart rate, blood gas analysis, oxygenation index and other indexes of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05);the MV use rate, average hospitalization time, complications, mortality of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nasal continuous positive airway pressure ventilation can significantly improve the oxygenation heart and lung function, and shorten the hospitalization time in children with pneumonia. It is a safe and effective oxygen tool.关键词
