阿奇霉素联合特步他林雾化吸入治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效分析

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of azithromycin combined with terbutaline atomization inhalation in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods:102 children with mycoplasma pneumonia were selected from April 2013 to April 2014.They were randomLy divided into two groups according to a fully double blind method.51 cases in the control group were treated with conventional therapy(erythromycin+Kechuanling oral liquid).51 cases in the study group were treated with azithromycin combined terbutaline atomization inhalation.We observed the small airway lung function index,treatment effectiveness and adverse reaction of two groups.Results:After the treatment,the small airway function group of the treatment group had significant improvement than that of the control group,and the treatment of validity index is better than that of the control group.4 cases occurred adverse reactions(7.84% ),which was less than that of the control group 15 cases(29.41% ),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of azithromycin combined with terbutaline inhalation in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia is significant.It can rapid relief the clinical symptoms,and the rate of adverse reactions was low.关键词
