中西医结合治疗老年难治性高血压的效果及体会
Experience of effect of elderly patients with refractory hypertension treated with traditional Chinese and western medicine

Abstract
Objective:To explore the experience of effect of elderly patients with refractory hypertension treated with traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods:100 elderly patients with refractory hypertension were selected from January 2009 to January 2011.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group were treated with the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine.The control group were treated with western medicine treatment. We compared systolic blood pressure(SBP) and diastolic blood pressure(DBP) changes of the two groups.Results:After treatment, in the observation group,the cure rate ,systolic pressure,diastolic pressure changes were significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of elderly patients with refractory hypertension treated with traditional Chinese and western medicine is significant.关键词
