茵栀黄口服液治疗新生儿黄疸123例临床分析
Clinical analysis of Yinzhihuang oral liquid in the treatment of 123 cases of neonatal jaundice

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of Yinzhihuang oral liquid in the treatment of neonatal jaundice. Methods:123 children with jaundice were selected from May 2012 to May 2014.They were randomly divided into the observation group(62 cases) and the control group(61 cases).The control group were with routine treatment of Western medicine,and the observation group were treated on the basis of control group therapy combined with Yinzhihuang oral liquid.Then we retrospectively analyzed their clinical data.Results:After 5 days of treatment,53 cases were markedly effective in the observation group;7 cases were effective;2 cases were ineffective;the total efficiency was 96.8%.In the control group,31 cases were markedly effective;27 cases were effective;3 cases were invalid;the total efficiency was 95.1%.There was no significant difference in the total efficiency between two groups(P>0.05).But the effective rate of the observation group was 85.5%,higher than that of the control group of 50.8%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yinzhihuang oral liquid in the treatment of neonatal jaundice can achieve significant clinical effect.关键词
