优质护理服务在老年性脑梗死护理中的应用

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of high quality nursing service in the elderly cerebral infarction nursing. Methods:60 cases of elderly cerebral infarction patients were selected from January 2012 to December 2013.They were as the research objects,then they were divided into two groups with 30 cases in each.The control group were given conventional nursing, and the observation group were given high quality nursing care intervention on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects and satisfaction of two groups were compared.Results:In the observation group,24 cases were nursing satisfaction;5 cases were basic satisfaction;the nursing total satisfaction rate was 96.67%.In the control group,15 cases were nursing satisfaction;10 cases were basic satisfaction;the nursing total satisfaction rate was 83.33%.The nursing total satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthening the high quality nursing intervention in the elderly cerebral infarction nursing can effectively shorten the hospitalization time and improve high patient satisfaction.关键词
