摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the existing problems and countermeasures of home injection of insulin pen in elderly patients with diabetes.Methods:We used telephone follow-up and one on one interview survey,to analyze the existing problems of home injection of insulin pen in 50 elderly patients with diabetes.Results:20 cases(40%) were cyanoze and induration of injection site;20 cases(40%) were insulin pen fault;5 cases(10%) were severe hypoglycemia;5 cases(10%) were diabetic ketoacidosis.Conclusion:Through the health education,we improve insulin injection technology of patients with diabetes,control the blood glucose to standard,delay the occurrence of complications,and improve the quality of life.关键词
