Abstract
Objective:To investigate the nursing effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acute severe pancreatitis.Methods:41 patients with severe acute pancreatitis were selected from January 2009 to June 2013.They were given comprehensive treatment,auxiliary application of rhubarb retention enema,rhubarb and mangxiao at the same time.Meanwhile, nursing care were given on the patients before and after the treatment.Results:Abdominal distension degree of all the 41 patients have different degrees of ease.Conclusion:Rhubarb retention enema combined with external application of mirabilite can improve the pathological process of acute severe pancreatitis,and promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function.Nursing care need to follow the standard operation and nursing path strictly,so as to ensure to achieve the best treatment effect.关键词
