对肝胆手术后发生胆瘘患者的临床护理措施分析
Analysis of clinical nursing measures for patients with biliary fistula after hepatobiliary operation

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical nursing measures and significance of biliary fistula after hepatobiliary operation. Methods:24 patients with biliary fistula after hepatobiliary operation were selected from January 2011 to December 2012.They were divided into the observation group(comprehensive nursing intervention group) and the control group(conventional peri operation nursing group) according to the difference of clinical nursing before and after operation,with 12 cases in each group.We compared the stuation of two groups after operation,and retrospectivly analyzed the clinical nursing practice of bile fistula.Results:In disease cure,recovery time,anxiety index(SAI),complications and patient satisfaction of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention contributes to the cure and recovery for patients with biliary fistula after hepatobiliary operation,and also contributes to the operation and treatment of disease,reduces the incidence of complications,so it has positive clinical significance.关键词
