心理干预对老年急性阑尾炎患者的影响观察
Observation of the influence of the psychological intervention in elderly patients with acute appendicitis

Abstract
Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of the psychological intervention in the nursing of elderly patients with acute appendicitis.Methods:56 patients with acute appendicitis were selected from January 2011 to January 2013.They were randomly divided into two groups.29 cases in the experimental group were given the routine nursing combined with psychological nursing intervention.27 cases in the control group were given the conventional nursing.The hospital stays,the satisfactions of nursing effect and the compliances in the treatment of patients in two groups were compared.Results:The hospital stay,the satisfaction of nursing effect and the treatment compliance of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The psychological intervention in elderly patients with acute appendicitis can improve the satisfaction of patients and the treatment compliance.It is worthy of promotion in clinical.关键词
