循证护理在恶性肿瘤患者术后的应用

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of evidence-based nursing in patients with malignant tumor after operation. Methods:76 patients with malignant tumor were selected from January 2011 to December 2013.They were randomly divided into the evidence-based nursing group and the conventional nursing group with 38 cases in each.After operation,two groups were given evidence-based nursing and routine nursing care.After treatment for one month,we compared the hospitalization time, therapeutic effect and cost of treatment of the two groups.Results:One month later,in the evidence-based nursing group, discharged patients was 35 cases(92.1%);the effective rate of operation was 81.6%;the cost of treatment of less than 15000 was in 23 cases(63.9%).In the routine care group,discharged patients was 26 cases(68.4%);the effective rate of operation was 44.7%;the cost of treatment of less than 15000 was in 13 cases(36.1%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Compared with the conventional nursing,the evidence-based nursing can shorten hospitalization time,speed up the rehabilitation of patients,help patients more effectively eliminate cancer,and save cost of hospitalization.关键词
