临床高血压防治中健康教育的作用分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the role of health education in clinical hypertension prevention and control.Methods:100 patients with essential hypertension were selected from June 2012 to May 2013.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.They were received Enalapril Maleate tablets,and the experimental group also received health education.Compare the differences in blood pressure control and enalapril daily dose between two groups.Results:The compliance rate of blood pressure of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group;enalapril daily dose of the experimental group was significantly lower;the differences were statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:In the clinical hypertension prevention and control process,if it combined with health education,it will have positive clinical significance,it can help control blood pressure and reduce blood pressure drug usage.关键词
