儿科护理细节中引起护理纠纷的原因与防范对策
The causes of nursing disputes and preventive measures in pediatric nursing details

Abstract
Objective:To explore the causes of nursing disputes in pediatric nursing details,put forward the corresponding preventive measures.Methods:143 cases of pediatric dispute and complaints recorded were analyzed and 21 nurses involved were inquiried.100 cases of pediatric host accepted questionnaire investigation about their focus.Results:The three potential causes of nursing disputes respectively were nurses busy (44.76%),nurses attitude (26.57%) and improper communication (13.99%). Pediatric host focused attention on treatment timely[(91 ± 5)scores],children with any discomfort or not[(85 ± 15)scores],drip process safety[(81 ± 11)scores] and hospital environment[(73 ± 14)scores].Conclusion:Nurse-patient disputes were the results of subjective and objective factors interaction.The hospital should pay attention to adjusting the nurses? psychological status, strengthen management to avoid delay waiting and nursing content not implemention,and management ward environment reasonable.关键词
