Abstract
Nosocomial infection occurres in hospital.Hospital infection control has become one of the important part of hospital management,but also an important part of medical dispute prevention,control of hospital infection is part of hospital nursing management,therefore,in order to explore the effect of strengthening nursing management,controling hospital infection,developing the nursing management in the control of nosocomial infection.In this paper,combined with practical work,the author focuses on that nursing quality is the foundation of hospital infection control;violation of the rules of nursing technology is one of the risk factors causing hospital infection;strengthening nursing management is an important guarantee for hospital infection control. Therefore,the effective nursing management can reduce the hospital infection.We not only require the standard of quality control, but also improve nurses' knowledge level.The passive implementation of standards has been changed to take the initiative to complete,at the same time,quality control organization and steady improvement of work style is the condition to ensure the implementation of nursing management measures.Cooperation with the hospital infection-control department is bridge to ensure nursing management to standardization,scientific road in the prevention of hospital infection.关键词
