Research progress of physiological activity and microbial transformation of dehydroepiandrosterone
摘要
Abstract
In this paper,to understand the physiological activity and microbial transformation of dehydroepiandrosterone,and to lay the foundation for the research and development of new type,high-efficiency and harmfulless steroidal compounds,the research progresses of physiological activity and microbial transformation of dehydroepiandrosterone from 1991 to 2013 in PUBMED database were summarized. Conclusion:Dehydroepiandrosterone had unique physiological activity on the antineoplastic, protection of the central nervous system,regulation and other aspectes.And we could product a series of new type and high-efficiency steroidal compounds by using microbial transformation process.It provided a good theoretical and applied foundation for the development of new drugs.关键词
