Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of oxiracetam injection in the treatment of cerebral infarction convalescence patients with mild-to-moderate cognitive dysfunction.Methods:60 patients with cerebral infarction were selected from July 2012 to April 2014.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each. The control group was treated with trophic nerve,activating blood and dissolving stasis and other conventional treatment.On the basis of conventional treatment,the observation group was treated with oxiracetam injection.The clinical effects and cognitive function improvement conditions of two groups were observed.Results:After the treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group(93.3%) was obviously higher than that of the control group(76.7%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The MoCA score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oxiracetam injection can effectively improve the treatment effect of cerebral infarction convalescence patients with mild-to-moderate cognitive dysfunction.It significantly improves the cognitive function of patients.Its clinical effect is definite.It is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
