手指复杂损伤一期修复的临床研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of early repair in complicated finger injury.Methods:32 patients with complicated finger injury who were taken one stage repair were selected from February to December of 2012.Then we summarized and analyzed their clinical treatment effect.Results:Among 29 cases with class-A healing,3 cases of partial necrosis and healed after dressing change of wound;followed-up after operation,the appearance and function recovered satisfaction.21 fingers recovered excellent;8 fingers recovered good;3 fingers recovered well;the excellent and good rate of recover was 90.6%. Conclusion:Early repair of finger trauma is helpful to cover the wound.It can reduce the risk of deep tissue necrosis.关键词
