疝环充填式无张力疝修补术与传统方法疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of the tension-free hernioplasty and traditional method in the treatment of inguinal hernia.Methods:From 2008 to 2011,25 patients with inguinal hernia who were treated with traditional hernia repair method were selected as the A group.50 patients with inguinal hernia who were treated with the hernia ring filling tension-free hernia repair method were selected as the B group.We observed and compared the hospital stay,operative time,postoperative complications and other curative effect of the two groups.Results:The hospital stay,operative time,the incidence rate of postoperative complications of two groups had statistical significance difference,P<0.05.Conclusion:The hernia ring filling tension-free hernia repair has better effect than the traditional method in the treatment of inguinal hernia.Patients are more likely to accept.The satisfaction is higher.So it is worthy of extensive promotion and use.关键词
