氯吡格雷治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效观察
Curative effect observation of clopidogrel in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the curative effect of clopidogrel in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.Methods:48 patients with unstable angina pectoris were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 24 cases in each.The control group was given conventional application of nitric acid lipid,tartaric acid metoprolol,benazepril,aspirin and low molecular heparin calcium.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was given clopidogrel platelet aggregation treatment.Results:Half a year of follow-up,the curative effect of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and there was no adverse reaction.Conclusion:Clopidogrel in unstable angina pectoris is worthy to be popularized.关键词
