Abstract
Objective:To investigate the anesthesia treatment measures of acute craniocerebral injury.Methods:60 patients with acute craniocerebral injury were selected from July 2013 to July 2014.We retrospectivly analyzed the clinical anesthesia treatment measures.Results:The effect of anesthesia during surgery in 60 cases was good,and they can quickly recovered after the surgery. Before the surgery,those 40 patients were normal breathing,good sense,and can quickly clear after the operation.After the operation,4 cases with multiple organ failure,3 cases with pulmonary infection,and 2 cases with vegetative state.Conclusion:For patients with acute craniocerebral injury,we need to choose the correct way of anesthesia according to the patient's condition, control the application dosage of anesthetic drugs effectively,and reduce intracranial pressure,in order to ensure the smooth development of craniotomy.关键词
