Curative effect of transabdominal modified Heller+Dor treatment for achalasia
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of transabdominal modified Heller+Dor treatment for achalasia.Method:40 patients with achalasia from May 2011 to May 2013 were selected.All of them were used the transabdominal modified Heller+Dor treatment.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:After operation,39 cases(97.5%)of the patients symptoms were improved;only 1 patients still had difficulty swallowing.1 months after operation,40 patients of average LESP,average 24 h reflux episodes,longest reflux time、 pH<4time were significantly lower than preoperative,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months to 4 years of follow-up,32 patients(80%)symptoms disappeared;7 cases(17.5%)improved;only 1 case(2.5%)postoperative esophageal reflux.Conclusion:There is significant clinical effect of the transabdominal modified Heller+Dor treatment for achalasia,little trauma and rapid recovery after the operation,not easy to appear the gastroesophageal reflux.关键词
