孟鲁司特钠联合氯雷他定对儿童咳嗽变异型哮喘的治疗效果分析
Treatment effect analysis of the montelukast joint loratadine for children with cough variant asthma

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the treatment effect of the montelukast joint loratadine for children with cough variant asthma. Method:50 patients with children with cough variant asthma were selected from October 2013 to May 2014.In accordance with the specific treatment patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group,25 cases in each.The control group were given therapy with conventional treatment,inhaled beclomethasone dipropionate 100~500g a day,given β-agonists,and theophylline bronchodilators,another may be appropriate to use ketotifen.The treatment group were treated on the basis of the observation group,used montelukast joint loratadine to treatment,3 months treatment period.Compare clinical outcomes and clinical manifestations of improvement of the two groups.Results:Two groups in clinical symptoms were improved after treatment. Clinical efficiency of the treatment group was 44%;the total efficiency was 96%.Compared with the observation group,the values were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05)between the two groups.Conclusion:Montelukast joint loratadine for children with cough variant asthma treatment can effectively improved the symptoms of patients with various clinical manifestations and physical signs.Clinical efficacy rate and effective rate were high.The effect in the clinical course of treatment should be affirmed.关键词
