Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of bupleurum cholagogue in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis. Methods:180 cases of patients with chronic cholecystitis from March 2011 to March 2014 were randomly divided into the bupleurum cholagogue group and the western medicine group,with 90 cases in each group.The western medicine group took norfloxacin capsule 400 mg/times orally,2 times/d,anti-inflammatory cholagogue or bile yi ning 6 ieces/time,3 times/d,which had continuous treatment for 30 d.The bupleurum cholagogue group were given modified bupleurum cholagogue.The patients took for 30 d.Results:There were 25 cases of recovery(27.8%),45 cases of markedly effectiveness(50.0%),17 cases of effectiveness,3 cases with no effect,and the total effective rate 96.7% in the bupleurum cholagogue group.There were 14 cases of recovery(15.6%),30 cases of markedly effectiveness(33.3%),34 cases of effectiveness,12 cases with no effect,and the total effective rate 86.7% in the western medicine group.The clinical effect of the bupleurum cholagogue group was better than that of the western medicine group, and there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bupleurum cholagogue has significant effect for chronic cholecystitis,which is safe and worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
