Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical treatment effect of 100 cases of chronic endometritis.Methods:100 patients with chronic endometritis were selected from October 2012 to October 2013.They were divided into the control group and the observation group with 50 cases in each group according to the figures randomly in patients with informed consent.The control group were treated with anti-inflammatory drug treatment alone.The observation group were treated with oral administration of Fu Yan Kang capsules based on the control group treatment.In the first day of menstruation oral Fu Yan Kang capsule 3 times/d,3 capsules/time.We compared the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:Compared with before the treatment,the total cure efficiency of the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference of curative effect between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The menstrual extension,menstrual color abnormal odor,the lower abdomen pain and uterine tenderness degree of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group,and the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the routine treatment of the control group,the use of anti-inflammatory drugs combined with oral administration of Fuyankang capsules in the treatment of chronic endometritis disease has high value of clinical application.It can reduce the menstrual extension time, eliminate the abnormal color and odor,relieve the abdominal pain and uterine tenderness and other symptoms,and improve the clinical total effective rate of treatment significantly,so it is worth to popularize in the clinical treatment of chronic endometritis.关键词
