对99例绝经后2型糖尿病患者的血清维生素D水平的调查
Investigation of serum vitamin D level on 99 cases of postmenopausal patients with type 2 diabetes

Abstract
Objective:To analyze and research the value of serum vitamin D levels and its degree of deficiency in postmenopausal patients with type 2 diabetic.Methods:99 postmenopausal patients with type 2 diabetic were selected from April 2011 to July 2013. We determinated the value of serum vitamin D levels using enzyme immunoassay method,then statistically analyzed the results. Results:Serum vitamin D level of 99 patients showed a downward trend;the older of the patients or the longer of the duration,the proportion of vitamin D deficiency became more higher.Conclusion:Vitamin D deficiency symptoms is widespread in the postmenopausal patients with type 2 diabetes.Patients with longer course of disease and poorly blood glucose control,the lack of vitamin D degree is more serious.Only through given regular detected and prompt the supplementary treatment in elder patients, can we reduce the incidence of complications in elder patients with diabetes.It can play an important role in improving the quality of life of elderly patients.关键词
