Diagnosis value of serum cystatin C in hypertension and diabetes mellitus early renal damage

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the diagnosis value of serum cystatin C in hypertension and diabetes mellitus early renal damage.Methods:60 patients with early renal injury were selected from January 2012 to December 2013,including 30 cases of hypertension,30 cases of diabetes mellitus.30 normal people undergoing the health examination were selected as the control group at the same time.We used the enzyme method and particle enhanced immunoturbidimetry to determine the serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,serum cystatin C respectively.We comepared the measurement index level of 3 groups.Results:The serum cystatin C in diabetic group was(0.89±0.40)mg/L;the serum cystatin C of the hypertension group was(0.87±0.20)mg/L;it was significantly higher than that in the normal control group(0.55±0.08)mg/L;the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.In addition,the serum cystatin C abnormal rate of the diabetic group and hypertension group was higher than that of creatinine and urea nitrogen. Conclusion:Serum cystatin C can be used as an important index of the high blood pressure and diabetes early renal function injury.关键词
