Abstract
It was necessary to carry out new projects in department of laboratory with the development of clinical new business. In this paper,the author stated three aspects of the principle,actual operation and problems which may happen during carrying out new projects,and summarized the experiences of carrying out new projects in department of laboratory.关键词
