摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of telephone follow-up on the treatment compliance of patients with hypertension. Methods:220 patients with hypertension were selected from June to December 2012.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 110 cases in each.The observation group was given regular monthly follow-up,and the control group was given every half year follow-up.The blood pressure control stability and treatment compliance of two groups were compared.Results:The blood pressure control stability and treatment compliance were compared between two groups,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Regular telephone follow-up for the patients with hypertension in community with giving continuing health education can improve the treatment compliance of patients.关键词
