小剂量低分子肝素钙治疗慢性阻塞性肺炎的临床疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of small doses of low molecular heparin calcium in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:74 cases of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease from January 2012 to December 2013 were randomly divided into the research group and the control group.The control group(37 cases) were given routine therapy,and the research group(37 cases) were given small doses of low molecular heparin calcium on the basis of routine therapy.Then we compared the arterial blood gas index and pulmonary function improvement of the two groups.Results:The levels of PaO2,PaCO2,FEV1,FEV1% of the research group after treatment were improved obviously compared with before(P<0.05).The improvement of PaO2,PaCO2,FEV1,FEV1% of the research group were more obvious than that of the control group,and the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of small doses of low molecular heparin calcium in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is distinct.关键词
