长春西汀注射液治疗慢性肺心病急性发作期的疗效观察
Curative effect observation of vinpocetine injection for acute episode of chronic pulmonary heart disease

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of vinpocetine injection for acute episode of chronic pulmonary heart disease. Methods:87 patients with acute episode of chronic pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into the control group with 43 cases and the treatment group with 45 cases.The control group were given conventional treatment.The treatment group were added with vinpocetine injection.The two groups were treated for 14 days.The curative effect,arterial blood gas analysis and the blood rheological index of two groups were observed.Results:Vinpocetine injection for acute episode of chronic pulmonary heart disease had better clinical effect.It could improve the blood hypercoagulable state and high viscosity acute phase of pulmonary heart disease.Conclusion:Vinpocetine injection for acute episode of chronic pulmonary heart disease has better clinical effect.It is worthy of clinical use.关键词
