负压封闭引流术在腹部手术后急性切口感染治疗中的应用
Application of vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of acute incision infection after abdominal operation

Abstract
Objective:To summarize the effect of vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of acute incision infection after abdominal operation.Methods:26 patients with acute incision infection after abdominal operation were selected from January 2010 to October 2013.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.The incisions were some or all of the cracks.The incision infection was first taken samples for bacterial culture and drug sensitive test,then given thorough debridement,filled containing foam drainage tube in incision,closed by biological membrane.The drainage tube was connected with the negative pressure drainage device,after continuous negative pressure closed drainage 5~14 days,the incision was sutured according to the condition of the wound.Results:22 patients with incision infection were sutured after vacuum sealing drainage 5~7 days.The incisions of 4 patients were sutured after vacuum sealing drainage 10~14 days.The wound healing time was 13~20 days,and the average was 16 days.Conclusion:Vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of incision infection after abdominal operation is effective and safe.It is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
