不同浓度盐酸布比卡因在髋关节置换术中的效果观察
Effect observation of different concentrations of bupivacaine hydrochloride in hip replacement
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the best mass action concentrations of the same dose of different concentrations of bupivacaine in hip replacement(half a hip or total hip) hard waist combined anesthesia.Methods:80 patients with ASAⅡ~Ⅲ grade were selected.Patients with serious cardiac insufficiency and chronic disease unable to control operation were excluded.The age was 70 to 85 years old.They were randomly divided into A,B,C 3 group.The bupivacaines were respectively the liquor 3 mL,4 mL,6 mL with the concentrations of 0.5%,0.375%,0.25%.They were given hip replacement operation under hard waist combined anesthesia. The intranperative adverse reaction cases were recorded.VSA classification and sensory blockade level when skin incision were evaluated.Results:The sensory blockade levels of A group and B group were much better than that of C group(P<0.05).VSA classification and adverse reaction of A group were significantly higher than those of C group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the hip replacement operation,using the concentration of 0.5%,0.375%,0.25%bupivacaine hard waist combined anesthesia can reach the anesthetic effect,and 0.375%bupivacaine is the most appropriate.关键词
