改良阴式子宫切除术临床应用
The clinical application of improved vaginal hysterectomy
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application value of improved vaginal hysterectomy.Methods:100 patients with total hysterectomy were selected from November 2009 to February 2014.All of them had no pelvic organ prolapse phenomenon. Meanhile,we selected 70 cases with traditional vaginal hysterectomy at the same period as the control group.Results:The operation time of the improved group was(49 ± 15.2)min;the amount of bleeding was(88 ± 45.4)mL.The operation time of the control group was(75 ± 18.5)min;the amount of bleeding was(170 ± 60.2)mL,1 cases with side injury.The differences were statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Anal exhaust time of the control group patients was(16.5 ± 3)h;10 cases of postoperative pain;the hospitalization time was(6.5 ± 1.5)d;postoperative morbidity was 2%.The anal exhaust time of the control group was(33.5±4.2)h;34 cases of postoperative pain;the hospitalization time was(9.5±2.5)d;postoperative morbidity was 17.1%. The differences were statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The improved vaginal hysterectomy operation is more convenient,less bleeding,and also it is more safety and easy,in addation,it can provide fully exposed operation field,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
