Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of modified B-lynch suture technique joint mifepristone in the treatment of dangerous placenta previa.Methods:17 patients with dangerous placenta previa from January 2011 to January 2014 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group were treated with modified B-lynch suture technique joint mifepristone,and the control group were treated with the conventional treatment.Then we compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:The patients of the two groups had no complications including serious infection,necrosis,ischemia of the uterus,and so on.The intraoperative blood loss, blood loss postoperative 2 h,uterine removal rate, operation time and the duration of hospital stays of the observation group were all better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The patients of the two groups recovered well in 3 months follow-up.Conclusion:Modified B-lynch joint mifepristone has distinct clinical curative effect in the treatment of dangerous placenta previa and reduces the uterus resection rate effectively,which can reduce blood loss and have clinical significance and popularizing value.关键词
