食管癌术后早期肠内营养对患者肠黏膜屏障功能的影响OA
Influence of early enteral nutrition in postoperative patients with esophageal carcinoma on intestinal mucosal barrier function
目的：探讨食管癌术后早期肠内营养对患者肠黏膜屏障功能的影响。方法：将食管癌患者76例随机分为两组，每组各38例。观察组术后给予早期肠内营养，对照组给予肠外营养。结果：两组患者术后第1天、第4天和第8天的I-FABP、DAO、ET以及D-Lac水平比较，两组患者术后第1天各项指标差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。观察组术后第4天和第8天各项指标均明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：食管癌术后采用早期肠内营养不仅能够有效满足机体对营养的需要，同时能…查看全部>>
