慢性根尖周炎临床诊治体会
Experience of clinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic periapical periodontitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To summarize the treatment methods of the special groups with chronic and repeatable periapical periodontitis.Methods:112 cases of the special groups with chronic periapical periodontitis from January 2010 to December 2013 were treated with iodoform used in root canal or paste used in empty tube.Results:2 weeks follow-up,102 patients were found the symptom disappeared,with the teeth exercising chewing function,and the root apex shadow area in X ray film decreased or disappeared.5 cases were invalid and pulled out.Conclusion:The systemic factors has great influence on the condition changes of chronic periapical periodontitis,and the iodoform and paste used in empty tube has certain curative effect on chronic periapical periodontitis.关键词
