Abstract
Objective:To study the effects of nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of nasal septum deviation with chronic sinusitis.Methods:The clinical data of 98 cases of patients with nasal septum deviation with chronic sinusitis were analyzed retrospectively.Results:There were no statistical significant differences of efficient between different types of nasal septum deviation surgery(P>0.05).But the clinical cure rate of C deflection of nasal septum was significantly higher than that of patients with type S deflection of nasal septum,ridge or the spur;the recovery rate was significantly lower than that of patients with type S deflection of nasal septum,ridge or the spur;the differences between groups were statistical significance(P<0.05).The clinical cure rates of S deflection of nasal septum and ridge were significantly higher than that of patients with spur;the recovery rate was significantly lower than that of patients with spur;the differences between groups were statistical significance(P<0.05). Postoperative complications occurred in a total of 8 cases of patients,with complication rate 8.16%(8/98),including postoperative nasal hemorrhage(4 cases),nasal synechia(3 cases),nasal septum perforation(1 case),and without the complications of nasal septal hematoma,abscess of nasal septum,cerebrospinal fluid leak and intracranial infection etc.Conclusion:The effects of nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of nasal septum deviation with chronic sinusitis are satisfactory.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
