封闭加针刀治疗梨状肌综合征疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of needle knife with partial closure in the treatment of piriformis syndrome. Methods:60 patients with piriformis syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 30 cases in each.The treatment group were treated with needle knife with partial closure.The control group were treated only with needle knife.The curative effect was observed.Results:The cure rate of the treatment group was 73.33%,and the total effective rate was 96.67%.The cure rate of the control group was 53.33%,and the total effective rate was 80.00%.The cure rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using needle knife with partial closure in the treatment of piriformis syndrome has significant curative effect.关键词
