颈动脉超声检测结果与老年心血管疾病危险因素的相关性研究
Correlation studies of carotid ultrasound detection results and the risk factors for geriatric cardiology

Abstract
Objective:To explore the correlation between carotid ultrasound detection results and the risk factors for geriatric cardiology.Methods:80 cases of patients with geriatric cardiology from May 2012 to May 2014 were as the observation group,and 60 cases of healthy subjects were as the control group at the same period.The two groups accepted carotid ultrasound detection and examination of related risk factors.Then we compared the results of the two groups.Results:The IMT levels of the observation group were obviously higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The IMT levels had no obvious differences between various risk factors in the observation group(P>0.05),and the IMT level was higher with the more risk factors.The levels of FPG,SBP,TG,HOMA-IR in patients with cardiovascular disease rised obviously with the increasing of the IMT level,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Carotid ultrasound detection can prompt the cardiovascular disease and metabolic abnormalities effectively,and it is very effective for evaluating cardiovascular function and vascular disease risks.关键词
