小儿轮状病毒腹泻心肌酶谱检测结果分析
Analysis of children with rotavirus diarrhea myocardial enzyme test results

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of myocardial enzymes used for initial screening and diagnosis of the children with rotavirus diarrhea.Methods:200 children with diarrhea were selected from January 2013 to January 2014.There were 112 cases of rotavirus antigen-positive children as the observation group after they were rotavirus antigen test;another 88 cases of rotavirus antigen-negative children as the control group.We extracted blood samples of all children,and used analytical measuring instrument for detecting 5 detections of myocardial enzyme.Results:In the observation group,80 cases appeared abnormal myocardial enzymes,and the incidence was 71.43%.5 detections of myocardial enzyme were increased in different degrees,and there were statistically significant differences compared to the control group(P<0.05).The control group datas were in the normal levels.Conclusion:Myocardial enzymes and rotavirus diarrhea have a close relationship.Its use can be found in children's early myocardial damage,and provide the necessary reference data for the control and follow-up treatment of the disease.It is important for ensuring the healthy and safty of the children.It is vigorously promoted in clinical practice.关键词
