Analysis of the factor of nosocomial infection in patients of internal medicine-neurology department and provide some countermeasures

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the reasons of nosocomial infection in patients of internal medicine-neurology department,and to explore the clinical prevention and control measures.Methods:97 patients of internal medicine-neurology department were selected from June 2011 to June 2013.We analyzed their clinical data retrospectively,analyzed the infection and constituent ratio, and compared with the hospital overall infection in the hospital during the same period.Results:The incidence of nosocomial infection in patients of internal medicine-neurology department was 5.9%,higher than the overall infection rate(3.7%) in the hospital during the same period.The constituent ratio of respiratory system infection was 69%,therefore,it was highest among infection of internal medicine-neurology department.Conclusion:The incidence of nosocomial infection in patients of internal medicine-neurology department is higher,so we should increase the force of nursing,standard nursing operation,in addation,we should make prevention for the susceptible sites,multi pronged approach to the prevention and control of nosocomial infection.关键词
