静脉留置针在无痛人流术中的应用及效果分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the value of venous indwelling needle used in painless abortion.Methods:300 patients who need to treated for painless artificial abortion were randomLy divided into the observation group with 180 cases and the control group with 120 cases.The observation group were treated with intravenous indwelling needle puncture vein,while the control group with intravenous infusion needle puncture vein.Then we observed that if there were prolapse or shift in the needle puncture site of the two groups,in addation,if there were swelling or pain in local or leakage and puncture once again.Results:All of the patients in the observation group were completed the operation successfully,the rate of fluid extravasation was significantly lower than that of the control group;needle extrusion,local swelling and other complication rate was significantly lower than that of the control group, and there was no puncture happened.Conclusion:When compared with the disposable transfusion needle,venous indwelling needle can avoid repeated puncture,therefore,it can reduce the pain of patients and vascular injury,so the nursing workload can be reduced,and their work also can improved efficiency,so it is worthy to be popularized in painless induced abortion.关键词
