抚触干预对早产儿神经行为和体格发育影响的护理研究
A study on nursing intervention of touching on premature neuronal behavior and physical development
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the influence of touching on premature neuronal behavior and physical development.Methods:60 premature infants were selected from January 2012 to March 2013.They were randomLy divided into the experimental group and the control group.All the infants of the two groups were treated with comprehensive nursing and parental guidance under the same conditions.The experimental group added touch care.Touching in the hospitalization were given by nurses professional,while trained and guided with touching skill for parents of the infants,then the touching care keep on after discharge by training parents, followed up for six months after discharge,to observe and record the behavioral neurological assessment and physical development in two group.Results:The nerve behavior of 42 days corrected age determination in the touching group were higher than in the control group,moreover,the increased value in height,weight and head circumference of infanta at 1 months,3 months and 6 months after birth were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Touching intervention can promote the development of neural behavior and physical on premature infants.It is safe and simple,while it also can simply promote a healthy development of prematurity.关键词
