摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the influence of palliative chemotherapy on recent survival rate in patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods:80 patients with advanced lung cancer were selected from January 2009 to December 2012.They were divided into the palliative chemotherapy group and the non chemotherapy group according to the treatment plan. The survival rate, the scores of Karnofsky scale(KPS) and scores of life quality in patients with tumor of two groups at 12 months after treatment were compared.Results:12 months after the treatment,the survival rate of the palliative chemotherapy group was significantly higher than that of the non chemotherapy group,furthermore,the scores of KPS and the quality of life score also were significantly higher than that of the non chemotherapy group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Palliative chemotherapy can effectively improve the quality of life in patients with advanced lung cancer,and also can improve the survival rate of patients,so it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
