闭合性十二指肠损伤诊治探讨
Investigation on the diagnosis and treatment of closed injury of duodenum
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of closed injury of duodenum.Methods:45 patients with closed duodenum injury were selected from March 2006 to February 2012,and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:38 cases were diagnosised in before the clinical operation(84.4% );7 cases were misdiagnosed(15.6% ).All the 45 cases were received operation treatment;a total of 12 patients were occurred complications after clinical operation(26.7% );44 cases were cured(97.8% );1 cases was death(2.2% ).Conclusion:Patients with blunt abdominal trauma should consider the possibility of duodenal injury,in order to diagnoze early and give the treatment timely,to make the mortality reduced significantly,to make sure the life quality of patients with health protection.关键词
