Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of entecavir dispersible tablets in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B. Methods:96 patients with chronic hepatitis B were selected from December 2011 to December 2013.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 48 cases in each.The experimental group added entecavir dispersible tablets on the basis of conventional therapy;the control group added adefovir dipivoxil capsules on the basis of routine treatment. We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the level of HBV-DNA of the experimental group and the control group had obvious change,but the value of HBV-DNA after the treatment of the experimental group was obviously superior than that of the control group,and the difference was significant,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The entecavir dispersible tablets in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B patients can reduce the level of HBV-DNA effectively.It has high safety,less adverse reaction.So it has a wide clinical significance.关键词
