Abstract
Objective:To analyze the feasibility and clinical value of laparoscopy treatment for ectopic pregnancy patients with gynecology and obstetrics surgery history.Methods:314 patients with ectopic pregnancy were selected from April 2013 to April 2014.They all had gynecology and obstetrics surgery history.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group with 67 cases in each.The control group were given laparotomy operation treatment.The research group were treated with laparoscopic treatment.The relevant time index and the complication incidence rate of two groups were recorded and analyzed. Results:The operation time,wound healing time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The laparoscopy treatment for ectopic pregnancy patients with gynecology and obstetrics surgery history has good clinical curative effect.It can reduce the tissue damage of female patients, and its security is higher.关键词
