早产低出生体重儿的社区儿保管理OA
Community child health care management of preterm low birth weight infants
目的：探讨早产低出生体重儿的社区儿保管理。方法：2011-2013年收治低出生体重儿29例，对患儿进行社区儿保管理。结果：本组29例低出生体重儿均全部结案转正常儿管理，其中3个月结案12例(41.3%)，4个月结案10例(34.5%)，5个月结案1例(3.5%)，6个月结案4例(13.8%)，8个月结案2例(6.9%)。结论：重视低出生体重儿的社区儿保管理、进行早期干预是使低出生体重儿尽快赶上正常出生体重儿的有效方法。
