分步延期手术治疗高能量Pilon骨折的临床研究
Clinical study on fractional delay operation in the treatment of high energy Pilon fracture
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the advantage of fractional delay operation in the treatment of high energy Pilon fracture and its clinical effect.Methods:60 patients with Pilon fractures were selected from March 2012 to May 2014.They were divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group were treated with distribution of delayed operation,and patients in the control group were treated with open reduction and internal fixation within 8 h after injury.The amount of intraoperative bleeding,fracture healing time,complications and the ratio of excellent operation of patients in two groups were compared.Results:The amount of bleeding and complication rates of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group.The excellent and good rate in the observation group was 70%,higher than that of the control group was 50%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both in the selecting of operation mode or the timing of operation,fractional delay operation is more appropriate in the treatment of Pilon fracture.This treatment can effectively reduce the intraoperative bleeding volume,and also reduce the incidence of complications and strengthen the operation effect,in addation,it can improve the excellent rate,so it is worthy of popularation.关键词
