骨化三醇加阿伦磷酸钠治疗骨质疏松症的疗效观察
The observation of the curative effect of calcitriol and alendronate in the treatment of osteoporosis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of calcitriol and alendronate in the treatment of osteoporosis.Methods:82 patients with osteoporosis cases were selected from June 2012 to May 2013.They were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group were treated with calcitriol and alendronate,however,the control group only taking alendronate.Then we observed the bone pain and BMD level of the two groups after treatment.Results:In the experimental group,therapeutic effect of 28 cases with significant,10 cases with effective,and the effective rate was 92.7%;in the control group,therapeutic effect of 21 cases with significant,11 cases with effective,the effective rate was 78%.The BMD levels of two groups both were improved but the experimental group was greater than that of the control group.Conclusion:Calcitriol and alendronate in the treatment of osteoporosis has remarkable curative effect,but the dosage of drugs should be adjustted appropriate according to the stuation of patients,in order to avoid adverse reactions.关键词
